What moves, and which way.

The connection runs both ways. You never retype an order or your menu.

From QwikEat to your POS

  • The full order: items, options, notes and table number
  • The payment: paid online, or cash to collect
  • The customer: name, phone, email and delivery address
  • The expected pickup or delivery time
  • Fees, coupons and loyalty, each on its own line

From your POS back to QwikEat

  • The status: accepted, ready, cancelled. Your customer is told.
  • Your menu, imported in one go with the POS codes

Your menu lives in QwikEat?

Send it to HubRise from the dashboard. Your POS picks it up if its connector reads the HubRise catalog.

An order nobody accepted?

If the POS hasn’t accepted it within 5 minutes, an alert shows in your dashboard and you get an email.

Getting connected

Three steps, no developer.

  1. 01

    Connect your POS to HubRise

Create a HubRise account and add your POS from its app list. Your POS provider can do it for you.

  2. 02

    Connect QwikEat

In your dashboard, open Integrations, click Connect HubRise and pick the location.

  3. 03

    Sync the menu, then test

Import your POS menu with its codes, or send your QwikEat menu over. Place a test order: it arrives marked TEST so the kitchen doesn’t cook it.

Frequently asked questions

Is my POS compatible with QwikEat?
If it is listed in the HubRise catalog and connected to your HubRise location, QwikEat orders reach it. What it does with them (printing, kitchen screen, stock) depends on its connector: the tool’s HubRise page says.
Do I have to retype my menu?
No. If your QwikEat menu is empty, it is built from your POS, with the product codes. If it already exists, nothing is overwritten: products are matched by name.
How much does the integration cost?
QwikEat charges nothing extra: the integration is included in every plan. HubRise bills its subscription directly, per location. Some POS vendors also charge for their connector.
What if my POS doesn’t accept an order?
After 5 minutes without acceptance, an alert shows in your dashboard and you get an email. You can resend the order from QwikEat.
Do Uber Eats or Deliveroo orders show up in QwikEat?
No. QwikEat sends its own orders to HubRise. If your marketplaces are connected to HubRise too, their orders reach your POS through HubRise, not through QwikEat.
I have several locations. How does it work?
Each QwikEat location connects to one HubRise location. Connect them one by one, from each location’s dashboard.
My tool isn’t on the list.
Message us on WhatsApp with the name of your POS or tool. If it works through HubRise, we’ll check the connection with you.
