    QwikEat on the App Store or Google Play. Create your account in the app, or sign in with the one you already have.

    Add your menu

    Type it in, import it, or photograph the board on your wall and let the AI builder do the typing. Set your order types and prices.

    Take the first order

    Ring it up, tap the card, print or send the receipt. Turn on Tap to Pay in Settings the first time; Apple walks you through it in a minute.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a real POS, or a companion to the desktop version?
A real one. The phone app runs the same register, orders, payments, printing and menu as the desktop dashboard, on the same account. Plenty of QwikEat merchants never open a laptop. Others use the phone at the counter and the dashboard for accounting, and the two stay in sync.
Which phones work?
Any recent iPhone or Android phone runs the app. Tap to Pay needs an iPhone XS or newer on iOS 16.4 or later. On Android you take cash at the counter, and card payments arrive online through your QR menu or ordering page.
Do I need a card reader?
No. On iPhone, the NFC chip is the reader. There is nothing to buy, charge, pair or send back. If you already own a reader from another provider, you can keep using it for a while and mark those orders paid by card in QwikEat.
Can I print kitchen tickets from a phone?
Yes. Pair a Bluetooth thermal printer (ESC/POS, around €80 to €120) in Settings. Print the kitchen ticket or the customer receipt from any order. Without a printer, receipts go out by email.
Does it work in a food truck or at a market with bad Wi-Fi?
Yes. The phone is on mobile data, which is exactly where a terminal sitting on café Wi-Fi gives up. Card payments and the register need a connection, like any terminal; on a phone that is mobile data, which is exactly what makes it work where a Wi-Fi terminal cannot.
How do orders from my QR menu or website reach the phone?
Automatically. They are on the same account, so they appear in the orders list with a push notification and a sound, next to the ones you rang up at the counter. Accept, mark ready, or call the guest from the order.
How much does it cost?
QwikEat is completely free, no card required: no subscription, all features included, no marketplace commission. Card payments carry standard processing fees, in line with Stripe's published rates.
Can I add a tablet or a desktop later?
Yes. It is one account. Add an iPad at the counter, open the dashboard on a laptop for accounting, keep the phone for the terrace. Nothing to migrate and nothing to pay for a second device.
