Take orders the way your team already thinks.

Categories on the left, dishes in the middle, the running order on the right. Add an item, change a modifier, fire a course, send to the kitchen. The screen is fast enough to keep up during a rush and quiet enough not to fight you when it's slow.

  • Categories, items, modifiers, courses
  • Send to kitchen, hold, fire later
  • Quantity stepper on every item

€0hardware

Pays for itself in months, not years.

Traditional restaurant POS systems run between €1,500 and €3,500 in hardware alone, then a monthly fee on top. QwikEat is completely free, with no subscription — and runs on the iPad you already have in the back office.

  • No proprietary hardware to buy
  • Works on any iPad from the last 5 years
  • Bring your own thermal printer (or buy one for €120)

Splitting the bill, finally pleasant.

Three friends, one card-only one, one bank-transfer one, one who insists on paying for the wine. Split by item, by person, by share, by amount. Take separate payments. Everyone leaves happy and your server hasn't done arithmetic in their head.

  • Split by item, person, share or amount
  • Take card, Apple Pay and Google Pay per share
  • Tip splits proportionally if you want

Frequently asked questions

What hardware do I need?
Any iPad from the last 5 years works. A small thermal receipt printer (around €120) is recommended for the kitchen, but if you already have one with Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, you can plug it straight in. That's it.
Can I keep my existing printer?
Yes, if it speaks ESC/POS (which almost every thermal restaurant printer does) and connects via Wi-Fi, network or Bluetooth, QwikEat can drive it.
What happens if the Wi-Fi goes down?
QwikEat keeps taking orders locally and syncs them up the moment the network is back. Card payments need a connection to authorise; on-account orders work fully offline.
Can I split the bill multiple ways?
Yes. By item, by person, by share, by amount, in any combination. Each guest can pay with a different method. Tips can be split proportionally or stay with a specific guest.
Does it handle VAT / TVA correctly?
Yes. You set VAT rates per order type and per category (e.g. different rates for dine-in vs takeaway). The dashboard breaks out the VAT total separately for your accountant.
Can I run several restaurants from one POS?
Yes. One login, multiple locations, one consolidated bill. Each location keeps its own menu, tables and staff.
What about my staff sales?
Servers clock in on the iPad, take their orders, and clock out. Per-shift sales totals and tips show up in the dashboard automatically.
How much does it cost?
QwikEat is completely free, no card required — no subscription, all features included, with no marketplace commission.

No subscription, no commitment — it replaces a €3,000 cash register.

Use the iPad you already have. Bring your own printer or buy one for €120. Live in an afternoon.
