Frequently asked questions

Is it a real native app or a wrapped website?
Real native apps on both iOS and Android. They use the system push notifications, the camera (for menu photos), and offline storage. They feel like a phone app should.
Do I need anything besides the app?
No. The app talks to the same QwikEat backend as your dashboard. Sign in and you're in.
Can multiple people use the owner app for the same restaurant?
Yes. Each manager or owner gets their own login. You control who sees what (orders only, full dashboard, etc.) from the staff page.
Does it work for multi-location?
Yes. Switch between your sites in two taps. Today's numbers can be viewed per location or rolled up across the group.
Will it drain my battery?
No. The app is mostly idle until a push notification arrives. Pull-to-refresh on the orders list is the heaviest thing it does day to day.
Can I reply to a guest from the app?
Yes. If a guest sends a question on an order, you can reply directly from the order page on your phone, with a few one-tap quick replies.
What if I lose my phone?
Sign out remotely from any other device. Reinstall and sign back in. No data lives on the phone itself.
How much does the app cost?
