What happens to your Deliveroo page
Nothing. The importer only reads the public page, never signs in, and changes nothing on their side. Most restaurants keep selling on Deliveroo while their own ordering site takes over the customers who would have come back anyway.

- Do I need an account to import my Deliveroo menu?
- Yes. The importer runs inside your QwikEat dashboard, so the menu lands straight on your own restaurant. Creating the account takes about a minute.
- Do I need my Deliveroo login or password?
- No. You only paste the public link to your store, the same page your customers see. QwikEat never asks for your Deliveroo credentials.
- How long does the import take?
- Usually about a minute to read the store, then a few minutes for you to review the result. Most restaurants have a working ordering site the same day.
- Can I change the menu after importing?
- Yes. Everything that comes across is an ordinary QwikEat menu: rename dishes, change prices, add photos, hide items or add new ones at any time.
- Will my customers still find me on Deliveroo?
- Yes. Your Deliveroo listing stays exactly as it is. You decide when, and whether, to send customers to your own site instead.
