GloriaFood menu import
Move your GloriaFood menu to QwikEat without retyping it
Oracle has announced GloriaFood will be retired on April 30, 2027. Every QwikEat account includes a GloriaFood importer: paste your ordering link from your dashboard and it copies your categories, dishes, prices, options and sizes onto your own ordering site. You check everything before it is saved.
Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial. The importer is in your dashboard as soon as your account exists.
How it works
Create your account
Sign up with email, Google or Apple. It takes about a minute.
Paste your GloriaFood link
When you set up your menu, choose "Import from GloriaFood" and paste your GloriaFood ordering link, or the address of your website where the "Order" button sits. The importer reads it in a few seconds.
Review, then go live
You see every category and dish on screen. Untick what you want to leave behind, adjust prices, and publish your ordering site when it looks right.
Before you import
What gets copied
Every category, dish, description and price on your GloriaFood menu, with its options, add-ons and sizes, plus item photos when your menu has them. Hidden and out-of-stock items are left out.
Orders without online payment
If your customers order online and pay at the counter, that keeps working: switch online payment off and orders still come in. No commission on your orders, and every plan starts with a 30-day free trial.
What happens to GloriaFood
Nothing changes on GloriaFood. The importer only reads your public ordering page, so you can keep taking orders there while you get QwikEat ready, and switch your website button when you are happy.
Questions merchants ask
- Do I need an account to import my GloriaFood menu?
- Yes. The importer runs inside your QwikEat dashboard, so the menu lands straight on your own restaurant. Creating the account takes about a minute.
- Which link do I paste?
- Your GloriaFood ordering link (it contains "restaurant_uid"), or simply your website address if it has the GloriaFood "Order" button. You never need your GloriaFood login or password.
- When is GloriaFood shutting down?
- Oracle has announced GloriaFood will be retired on April 30, 2027, and new GloriaFood signups are already closed. Moving early gives you time to test without any rush.
- Can I change the menu after importing?
- Yes. Everything that comes across is an ordinary QwikEat menu: rename dishes, change prices, add photos, hide items or add new ones at any time.
- Can customers still pay at the counter?
- Yes. Online payment is optional on QwikEat. Customers can order online and pay when they pick up or at the table, exactly as many GloriaFood restaurants work today.
